Formerly KapitiNET

From KapitiNET to H3llo.

H3llo didn't come from Silicon Valley — it came from a Wellington MSP called Capitaledge. We built AI voice tools to help their clients answer phones smarter, and quickly realised every NZ business needed this. So we went all in.

  1. 01The beginning

    Born in Kāpiti

We started as KapitiNET — a value-added AI voice service for Capitaledge, a Wellington-based managed service provider.

  2. 02Taking root

    A NZ-first vision

Recognising no local telco was truly AI-first, we set out to build the platform New Zealand businesses deserved.

  3. 03Today

    KapitiNET becomes H3llo

As we grew beyond Kāpiti to serve businesses across all of Aotearoa, we became H3llo — a bold new name for a national mission.

As we grew from our Kāpiti roots to serve businesses across all of New Zealand, we wanted a name that reflects our national reach and AI-first approach. H3llo is the same trusted team, same great service — just a bold new identity for the next chapter.

Why the 3

Three co-founders. One speech bubble.

The '3' in H3llo symbolises our three co-founders — Kelly Sutherland, James Moloney, and Josh Bondy — who are the cornerstone of our company. Our icon, a speech bubble, represents clear communication and connection, visualising our purpose as advanced AI voice agents.

Today we're a growing team serving real Kiwi clients nationwide, backed by genuine local support and a mission to make AI-powered telephony accessible to every business in New Zealand — from sole traders in Paraparaumu to enterprises in Auckland.
