- AI calls are recorded and announced
Every call the agent handles is recorded and transcribed, and the caller is told so at the start. Recording on your staff's lines is opt-in, per line.
- Your data lives in New Zealand
Primary data is hosted in NZ. The named US processors are ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Sentry, Firebase/APNs, Resend and Inngest.
- 111 works while the power's on
You can ring 111 on a H3llo line while the service is up. In a power cut or internet outage it may not work, so keep a charged mobile. Power cuts and 111.
- Invoiced monthly, in advance
