A phone system we set up for you.

Numbers, extensions, hunt groups and after-hours rules, built to how your business actually answers. The AI receptionist sits inside it, not on top of it.

It’s a hosted PBX: your numbers and extensions live in the cloud, and your handsets and the H3llo Phone app register to it from wherever they are. Nothing on the wall, nothing to back up.

You tell us who answers what, and when. We build the hunt groups, the queues, the menu and the time schedules, and we port your existing number. Ring us when it changes.

What you get

The parts of a real phone system

Everything here is provisioned by us on your account. You don’t log into a PBX; you ring a person.

An extension for everyone

Each person on the crew gets an extension, on a desk phone, the app, or both. Add someone and we set them up the same day.

DDIs and regional numbers

A direct number for the people who need one, and a local number in each region you work. Plans include two; more are an add-on.

Hunt groups

Ring the office first, then the vans, then the agent. You tell us the order; we build the group.

Call queues

When more calls land than people, callers hold in order instead of hearing engaged. Busy still overflows to the agent.

An auto-attendant menu

“Press 1 for jobs, 2 for accounts.” A simple digit menu, recorded once, changed when you ring us.

After-hours rules

Different routing after five and on the weekend. We set the schedule up for you from your actual hours.

Call recording, opt-in per line

Recording on your staff's lines is off until you switch it on, line by line. Calls the agent takes are always recorded and announced.

Keep your number

We port the number you've got. You give us the number and your current provider; the paperwork is ours.

Desk phones or the app

A Fanvil on the counter, the H3llo Phone app in the van, or an ATA for the phone that's already on the wall.

Why the agent lives in the phone system

Everyone else bolts an AI onto your phones. We are your phones.

Most AI answering services hand you a number and forward calls to it. Ours is built into the phone system itself: the extensions, the routing, the handsets and the app your crew already carries.

Busy goes to the agent, not voicemail

If Dave's already on a call, it rolls to the agent and the job still gets booked. Real extension and overflow rules, not call forwarding with extra steps.

One system to set up, one to ring

Hunt groups, after-hours, who picks up what: configured once, with the agent as part of it. When something needs changing you ring us, not two vendors blaming each other.
