The agent recognises the caller, reads their jobs and visits, and creates new customers and jobs.
What the agent does
- Recognise a caller by phone number, from a copy of your customer list we keep.
- Find a customer by name, and read their contacts.
- Create a customer.
- Read a customer's jobs, and one job in detail.
- Create a job.
- Find a customer's next scheduled visit, or list the visits on a given day.
- Read a customer's quotes.
Each of these is switched on per customer. If you don't want the agent creating anything, it can look up and nothing more.
How it works with iTrade
iTrade can't be asked whose number this is, so we keep a copy of your customers and their contact numbers and answer that question ourselves. Everything else — jobs, quotes, visits — is read live. The copy refreshes every hour, every contact is re-checked nightly, and a customer the agent creates on a call is added on the spot, so they're recognised when they ring back.
What your team sees
iTrade customers appear in the app's contact search, with the named contact person on the card. Open jobs and balance aren't wired for iTrade yet.
It’s the same lookup the agent uses, so the card on the ring screen and the customer the agent found are one and the same. More about H3llo Phone.
How it's connected
We connect it with an iTrade API token. Because caller recognition runs off an hourly mirror, a customer added in iTrade itself may not be recognised by phone for up to an hour, and a changed phone number for up to a day.
Run iTrade? Get the agent on your number.
Tell us what you run and we’ll set it up with you. No self-serve sign-up, on purpose: a person connects it and checks it before the first call.
