The widest set of things the agent can do, including the one most systems can't: see the diary and book against it.
What the agent does
- Find a customer by phone or name, and see their contacts.
- Create a customer, and a site under them.
- Read a customer's jobs and the notes on them.
- Create a job, update its status, and add a note or a task to it.
- Read quotes, create one, and update it.
- Read a customer's invoices.
- Add a note to the customer record.
- Read the schedule, list your technicians, and book or move an appointment.
Each of these is switched on per customer. If you don't want the agent creating anything, it can look up and nothing more.
How it works with Simpro
Simpro is the one system where the agent can see who's free. It lists your technicians, reads the schedule and books the appointment against a person — or moves one that's already there — instead of leaving the office to find a slot in the morning. Jobs it creates carry a default job type and a note you set, so they land filed the way you file them.
What your team sees
Simpro customers show up in the app's contact search and on the ring screen. Site and open jobs by default; last quote, last invoice, balance and payment terms if you switch them on.
It’s the same lookup the agent uses, so the card on the ring screen and the customer the agent found are one and the same. More about H3llo Phone.
How it's connected
We connect it with your Simpro build name, company ID and an API key (a personal access token). You can set a default job type, site and notes so agent-created jobs land where you expect.
Run Simpro? Get the agent on your number.
Tell us what you run and we’ll set it up with you. No self-serve sign-up, on purpose: a person connects it and checks it before the first call.
